Oh Hello!  This is Eileen Forestal and I am excited and looking forward to going to NorCRID Conference in California.  Wow. I look forward to seeing many wonderful people gathering together for the conference.  I live on the East Coast and close to the ocean, only 7 blocks away. Now I will be going to the West Coast where the Pacific Ocean is.
Anyway, I am looking forward to working with Janis Cole and we both will give a workshop on Reframing the Deaf and Hearing Interpreter team process. The workshop information will be based on research done, my research associating with teaming. It is my hope you all make an effort to come to this workshop. Some of you may already know about Deaf interpreter working with hearing interpreters. Our focus in the workshop will be in looking at our work as a team using a different frame, based on the research, process, action and more.
It will be fun and we will learn together. It is an exciting time for all of us as we see how the interpreting field has evolved!
